Property Management Department

Department responsible for:

It is a department of the City Hall that ensures tasks arising from the city’s independent competence related to property owned by the city.

Within its independent competence, the department—through the Asset Management Section I, II, and III—primarily performs activities in the following areas:

1. transfers of real estate to/from the ownership of the city (sale, exchange, donation)
2. establishment of easements and rights of way
3. establishment of building rights
4. processing approvals for the placement of utility networks and structures, as well as permissions for entry onto land
5. leases, loans for use, and usufruct leases of land, non-residential premises, and apartments
