Department responsible for:

It ensures the implementation of employment-related matters in accordance with generally binding legal regulations and the internal regulations of the employer. It manages the personnel agenda of employees of the City of Ostrava (with the exception of employees assigned to the Ostrava Municipal Police and to the offices of the city districts Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz, Ostrava-Jih, Poruba, and Slezská Ostrava).

It performs similar tasks in relation to members of the City Council and the councils of city districts. It also ensures the fulfilment of tasks in the field of employee training and education.
