Nové Lauby Offers Attractive Housing in the Historic Center of Ostrava

The envelope must be precisely labeled and addressed to the Property Department (Odbor majetkový).

In a transparent process, the selection of the tenant will be conducted by means of a closed envelope method, followed by a public discussion of the submitted applications with the participation of those applicants who meet the selection criteria. The public discussion of the applications in the form of an auction will take place on March 10, 2025, in the afternoon at the building of the New Town Hall of the City of Ostrava. Applicants will thus be able to freely negotiate the original proposed rent according to the approved general conditions.
