Point of Single Contact

 

The Business Registration Office at Ostrava’s City Authority maintains the register of businesses and also serves as the Point of Single Contact (PSC). The PSC provides its services free of charge, and can be contacted in person, by e-mail or by phone. Points of Single Contact can be found in all European Union member states and form a Europe-wide network offering information and assistance to both providers and recipients of services.
